Since the start of the year, Dave has been looking in to how we are changed when we’re born again.
Christians are not immune to mental health challenges, we can sometimes still feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious and depressed. These feelings don’t mean we’re bad Christians. Often when we feel like this our relationship with Jesus is a solid rock we can hang on to. In this recording Dave looks into what the Bible teaches about depression and those Bible characters that seemed to face mental health difficulties.
The main reading is Psalm 73.
